Site Nova7 Internal Governing Body

The Site Council oversees all major administrative, operational, and security decisions at Site Nova7. They coordinate inter-department actions, authorize containment-level upgrades, review Ethics Committee concerns, and serve as the final on-site authority during emergencies.

Members of the Site Council are selected based on exemplary performance, long-term service, psychological stability, and the ability to lead during high-pressure anomalous events.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviewing departmental operations and approving restructuring when required.
• Authorizing budgets, research expansions, and high-risk containment plans.
• Coordinating with the Ethics Committee on personnel-related decisions.
• Overseeing Mobile Task Force deployments at Site Nova7.
• Leading emergency procedure enforcement during containment breaches.
• Serving as liaisons between Site Nova7 and top-level Foundation command.

Council Structure

The Site Council typically consists of 5–9 senior personnel depending on operational scale. Each member represents either a major department or specialized oversight role, ensuring balanced control and cross-department communication.
