Medical Department & LAED
Medical Department
The Medical Department provides emergency treatment, long-term care, psychological evaluation, and surgical intervention for all personnel stationed at Site Nova7.
Medical teams respond to injuries sustained during containment breaches, anomalous reactions, security incidents, exposure to hazardous material, and research-related accidents. Their role is critical for maintaining staff safety and ensuring rapid stabilization during emergencies.
Logistics and Engineering Department (LAED)
The Logistics and Engineering Department (LAED) oversees construction, infrastructure, power systems, transport coordination, supply chain management, machinery operation, and the maintenance of all physical assets within Site Nova7.
LAED ensures the site remains stable, operational, and structurally secure by maintaining containment chambers, blast doors, power grids, communication lines, emergency systems, and equipment used across all departments.
Their responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing facility infrastructure
- Constructing containment units and specialized labs
- Transporting anomalies and high-security equipment
- Handling technical malfunctions or power disruptions
- Overseeing the storage and distribution of supplies
- Ensuring safe operation of vehicles, machines, and tools
LAED works closely with the Security Department, Scientific Department, and RRT to ensure all engineering and logistical requirements are met during emergency or high-priority operations.
